A company database is only as trustworthy as the person who builds it. That is why you will find here who runs the website, where the data come from, how we work with them and what we deliberately do not do.

basedecontacts.fr is run by Martin Adamec as a sole trader, in business since . Prices shown are the full price – nothing is added. The full publisher details required by French law (LCEN) are in the legal notice.

The data and the website are looked after by one person who has worked with public registers for years. So emails are answered by the person who actually prepares the data. We would rather say openly what is missing from the data than promise completeness we cannot prove.

What we offer

  • French company data: 1,577,933 records, 1,505,366 of them with phone, email or website (as of 4 November 2026). One-off exports for 21 industries for CRM, B2B prospecting, postal mailings, market analysis and territory planning, a whole industry from €229, selections by region, department or your own filters on request. How the data are created

  1. Basic data. Name, address, phone and website come from the open map data of Overture Maps (mostly under the CDLA Permissive 2.0 licence).
  2. Details published by the businesses themselves. Email addresses are collected from the contact pages and legal notices of company websites; collection is ongoing.
  3. Identifiers and activity. The Sirene database of INSEE, published as open data under the Licence Ouverte 2.0, will provide SIREN, SIRET, NAF code and legal form for matched records. Matching with our records is in progress; units that have chosen restricted publication (diffusion partielle) are not processed.
  4. Matching and cleaning. We only assign details to a record when characteristics match, and do not count addresses shared by three or more records as a business’s own address.

What we do not do

  • We do not buy in old lists. The database is based on open data and company websites, not resold address lists of unclear origin.
  • We do not supply consumer data. The data are B2B only: businesses, self-employed people and institutions.
  • We do not guess email addresses. We do not reconstruct firstname.lastname@ addresses; the CNIL only accepts this after a case-by-case assessment.
  • We do not promise complete accuracy. Sources contain errors, contact details go out of date. We state how current the data are and their coverage and correct reported errors.
  • We do not do your legal check for you. As the buyer, you are responsible for your own use, in particular for complying with the CNIL rules on B2B prospecting.
